Today I've put together a living room inspired by Fall. I don't usually design rooms with such muted and neutral colors but I really love how this room feels. The red chairs add the perfect amount of "punch". 

Here are some of my favorite sources in the room. 

The board was inspired by this pillow. I love the red and gold mixed with that slate blue. Plus it is such a happy pillow! 

I am also obsessed with this beautiful pillow from Lands End. 

I love all of the art found at the Animal Print Shop. A I feel like a grouping of pheasants is appropriate for this Fall Living Room . 

The window treatments are inspired by these painted curtains at Reckless Glamour. 

I love this table from Ballard and it's on sale right now for $99. Everyone should buy one! 

I love this rug from Rugs USA. This rug balances out the red and neutral tones in the room. It brings in a "cool" feel to this Autumn room.

0 Jylare Family Photo Shoot

A couple of weeks ago we had Jylare take our family pictures. She was phenomenal to work with. Jett is at a very difficult picture taking age. Let's be honest two year olds just can't sit still. But she did a great job capturing how fun he is and how much we love each other as family. She was so easy to work with and she had our pictures back to us sooner than I expected! Overall it was a great experience. 

I highly recommend using her if you are in Utah. She also books spots in California. Email her for more info.

Remember when you were living in a dorm in college and your decorating budget was $0. Well my cute sister and her roommates came up with a great way to get free wall art. 

They ordered tons of Anthropologie Wallpaper samples which are free. Then they taped them to their wall to create this great collage type art. 

Anthropologie wallpaper is so pretty. Even just a piece of it on your wall adds some whimsy and beauty to a blank wall. 

Great idea girls!

I am ga ga over the amazing light installation of this home in the latest issue of Adore Home Magazine. 

I mean talk about a "wow factor"! 

There were so many amazing fabrics show off. You know I love a good roman shade. 

And that headboard with those lamps! 

This moody blue and orange works so well.

A few months ago I went out and did a consult for Camera Shy in Lehi. I mostly helped Becky figure out space planning and lighting. Her adorable portrait studio is now open and she offered to do a photo shoot for Jett in exchange for a review on my blog. 

The studio is so cute. Becky did a great job with it. 

Camera Shy is a great deal.  Customers get all of the images from their session on disc for just $89, and prints are only $4 per sheet.  There is no charge for larger families, every family can leave with beautiful individual images of each child, a great selection of group photos, and even some of Mom and Dad together. Plus you get the copyright release! 

Here were a couple of my favorites from the shoot.
